ColorCut Pro Production Studio 5 software is supplied, as standard, enabling you to use Adobe^® Illustrator^® or CorelDRAW^® for your cut file creation.

Add the optional ColorCut Pro Server Station to maximise your workflow and productivity. The Server Station comes pre-installed with additional ColorCut software; Template Maker which offers users bespoke cut file generation and Job Library Manager for file cutting control.

The SC7000 Pro-T XL has been designed to provide unattended operation with particular attention paid to the feeding system to ensure class leading performance for card, vinyl labels or even tricky laminated sheets. A revolutionary suction feed belt system, combines with air blades to separate the top sheet for each feed – and the jogging back wedge ensures any stray media is kept under control. Feed continually from the 1,000-sheet stacker with confidence.

Cut mixed jobs

QR coded sheets enables automatic cut file retrieval.

No skilled operator required for cutting! When creating jobs, ColorCut Pro applies an auto-assigned (editable) QR code to each design, whilst auto-saving the cutting file to the ColorCut Pro Job Library. The CCD video camera within the tool head reads the QR code as each sheet is presented and instantly retrieves the associated cut file.
